Picking stations can be incorporated within the separation system to manually remove residual materials from the process stream.
Each picking station is individually designed around the required number of picking conveyors and picking positions.
All stations are constructed with the interests of the picker in mind and, as required, would include:-
- Ergonomically designed picking positions
- External Cladding - to provide noise level reduction and protection from the outside operating environment
- Lighting
- Dust extraction
- Air conditioning
- Emergency stop buttons or pull wires
Our full supply would also incorporate picking conveyors, support structures, access walkways and discharge chutes.
