Emissions monitoring is utilised to provide information relating to:-

• Particulate emissions

• Metals emissions

• V.O.C. content

• System air velocities

• System volume flow rates

Particulate emission analysis can be performed using continuous monitoring systems as well as part of a specific sampling test.

Emissions monitoring can be undertaken in the following areas:-

• The exhaust stack/chimney of the processing plant

• The perimeter of the operating site

• At specific points or areas within the operating site

Sampling is carried out to British Standards with reports provided to meet Environment Agency requirements.
